Refund policy
Refunds and Returns:
There is a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund if your item is delivered damaged, not as expected, or if you received the wrong order.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at khannah@hilycandles.com.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Once we receive your return, we will evaluate the return to make sure it is in original conditional and process a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at khannah@hilycandles.com and provide a photo of the item you are requesting a refund for and a copy of your receipt.
